Trombini Plann was born out of partner Fernanda Trombini’s impetus to establish a leading Wealth Planning Advisory firm in Brazil. We work to preserve the legacy of the families who rely on our solutions, offering personalized consulting and providing a complete service in the segment.
We act as a focal point between market agents and the client, working strategically to supervise and coordinate demands, both in Brazil and abroad. Our aim is to make your relationship with lawyers, banks, investment managers, fiduciary agents and/or international service providers simpler, more practical and efficient.
Adopting a long-term vision in developing results, Trombini Plann employs the necessary expertise in addressing issues related to estate and succession planning, simplifying processes and facilitating the day-to-day lives of its clients.
Trombini Plann’s services in Wealth Planning area encompass several fronts, covering services such as estate planning, succession planning, family and corporate governance, relocation and philanthropy.
We focus on the personalized development of solutions for family estate, taking into account the wishes of each individual.
We work together with lawyers, accountants, financial advisors, wealth planners from banks and other service providers to offer the best strategies for estate planning, whether in Brazil or abroad, together with an effective succession planning.
We work to organize the distribution of the estate to the heirs and ensure that the client’s wishes are respected, structuring investment vehicles and carrying out a personalized analysis of each case, through instructions from financial agents or lawyers.
We implement structures such as holding companies, investment funds, trusts, donations, retirement plans and wills, in Brazil or abroad, to ensure a safe transfer of assets in line with tax optimization.
We support business families in governance issues, such as the Family Council and the Family Protocol, and we carry out diagnoses to promote a smooth succession between patriarch and matriarch to their heirs, avoiding or mitigating family disputes.
We advise clients with international assets or family members who wish to live abroad, relocating them and identifying legal, tax and immigration aspects in conjunction with Brazilian and foreign professionals. We also help with opening international accounts, obtaining visas, liaising with lawyers, real estate agents and concierge companies.
Families, investors, companies and other agents served by our services are often interested in philanthropic issues such as education, health, the environment and sustainable development (ESG). Therefore, we offer comprehensive advice on this subject, supporting clients in different legal and tax aspects.
The luxury market is represented by works of art, fashion, jewelry, watchmaking, automobiles, aircraft, boats, gastronomy, tourism and other personalized services.
Unlike the global trend, the Brazilian luxury market is growing. Considering this, Trombini Plann has sought to specialize in the area in order to advise its clients on all the stages involved in acquiring, maintaining and selling in this sector, including legal and tax aspects.
We help our clients with different day-to-day legal issues, maintaining a direct line between specific needs for each case, trustworthy agents and individualized solutions.
